Paul Holdridge is vice president of sales for Toyota Guest Experience and Retention for Toyota Motor North America (TMNA). His responsibilities include Toyota Division sales loyalty and service retention as part of the division’s North Star 2020 Strategy.
Prior to his current role, Holdridge served as the vice president of sales in the Toyota Division of Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), USA, Inc. He was responsible for sales support for Toyota’s regional offices, public companies and private distributors.
Previously, he served as the vice president and general manager for the Central Atlantic Toyota regional office (CAT) of TMS where he was responsible for vehicle and parts sales, business management, market representation and marketing for Toyota Division. The CAT region includes Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Since joining TMS in 1987 as a merchandising manager in the San Francisco region, Holdridge has held numerous management positions at TMS headquarters and Toyota’s regional offices including serving as the general manager of the Kansas City, San Francisco and Chicago regions at different times.
Prior to Toyota, Holdridge worked for Chrysler Corporation and Nissan Motor Corporation.
A graduate of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Holdridge earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
