Dave Zellers is vice president of Toyota Customer Services (TCS) new business integration for Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.
Zellers is responsible for ensuring the successful integration and launch of key TCS initiatives and new product across multiple TCS departments.
Most recently, Zellers was vice president of customer retention, responsible for enhancing Toyota’s sales loyalty and service retention.
Zellers joined TMS in 1988 as a national technical field operations manager. Since then, he has held various senior management roles, including national manager of international distributor support and vice president of product quality and service support.
Prior to joining Toyota, Zellers worked for Nissan Motor Corp. U.S.A. in their parts and service operations areas.
Zellers earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Education and Technology from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind.  He also received a Master’s degree in Industrial Education, Teaching and Leadership from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Mich. Zellers is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers.
